The Lead – Design Management (MEP) will be responsible for driving all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design coordination activities for hospitality assets under the Adani portfolio. The role ensures seamless alignment between hotel operators/brand technical teams, Asset Owning Companies (AOC) project teams, MEP consultants, and vendors, ensuring the final built product meets all brand standards, codes & regulatory standards, operational requirements, sustainability guidelines, and Adani Group governance norms. What you'll be doing: Should be proficient in Strategic Sourcing: Analyzing spend data, creating internal & external category profiles, Market intelligence reports, Opportunity assessments, devising category strategies, identifying sourcing levers for respective market categories, analyzing costing for a product or service, conduct structured supplier negotiations, understand the nuances of contracting and execute the same with suppliers in co-ordination with legal teams, managing statutory compliances and sustainability requirements etc. Executing projects through GEP Source to Contract platform, performing procurement risk, governance & compliance activities, supporting procurement operational activities etc. Experience working in reputed S2C platforms shall be appreciated specifically GEP S2C.
