Title and Summary Manager, Tax Overview: This role is responsible for supporting global employment tax compliance, advisory, risk management, and project execution activities. The role serves as a key technical resource and works closely with regional stakeholders and external advisors to ensure operational excellence and compliance across global employment tax processes. Role: • Support internal stakeholders on federal, state, and local employment tax compliance activities, such as reviewing tax notices, statutory tax filings, and reconciliations • Assist in research to support tax positions, resolve multi-state withholding issues, reciprocity agreements, nonresident allocation questions, and cross-border tax implications • Assist in taxation and reporting of equity compensation and incentive plans (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, ISIP-type plans) across jurisdictions, including year-end true-ups, and recharge arrangement considerations. • Provide tax guidance to cross-functional partners on the employment tax implications of compensation, benefits, travel & expense programs, and remote/flexible work arrangements globally. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes and procedures to ensure accurate tax reporting and withholdings on employee compensation and benefits including long-term incentives and bonus

WHO YOU ARE: The Specialist, Business Finops will play a crucial role and will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Reconciling financial records: Reconcile payments as indicated on remittance documents and reconcile accounts. • Managing Tax reporting process: Manage daily withholding balancing and ensure tax recs are balanced. Tax Reporting & Compliance • Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting for annuity products including policyholder premiums, annuity payouts, interest and investment income, and return of principal. • Oversee preparation and review of tax documents and filings as per IRS and regulatory standards (e.g., 1099-R). Tax Treatment Execution • Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly activities to ensure proper tax treatment of annuity distributions. • Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and legal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in tax calculations. You will play an active role in maintaining books of accounts, assisting with audits, preparing reports, and supporting financial operations in a broking environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and ledger reconciliations. Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of trial balances. Banking & Reconciliations: Handle daily bank reconciliations and monitor fund flows. Reconcile intercompany and client accounts periodically. Track outstanding balances and coordinate for settlements. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS workings, and other tax compliances. Work on preparation and filing of ROC and SEBI-related documents under guidance. Coordinate with consultants/auditors for monthly and annual audits. MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense trackers. Assist senior finance team in budgeting and variance analysis. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting activities. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) Prior experience in a CA firm Hands-on experience with Tally Prime Good working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory/compliance filings Exposure to accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work
