They should have a strong understanding of surface design, print development, and fabric construction, with a passion for blending tradition with contemporary aesthetics. You will play a key role in translating brand narratives into distinctive textile artworks that celebrate craftsmanship and culture. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and develop original textile designs, including prints, embroideries, and surface embellishments aligned with the brand’s design language. • Research and draw inspiration from cultural references, artisanal crafts, and global fashion trends to inform design direction. • Create detailed print artworks, color palettes, and fabric mood boards for seasonal collections. • Work closely with the fashion design team to develop textiles that enhance silhouettes and storytelling. • Liaise with printers, dyers, and artisans to ensure accuracy in design execution and maintain quality standards. • Experiment with new techniques, textures, and materials to push creative boundaries. • Maintain an organized library of textile swatches, samples, and digital design files. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in textile or surface design and fresh graduates with strong portfolios. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD for print development. • Strong sense of color, pattern, and composition. • Knowledge of textile production processes, print methods, and fabric types. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • A deep appreciation for artisanal crafts, heritage techniques, and storytelling through design.

Job Title - Merchandiser (Apparel & Textiles) Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type - Full Time, Work from Office Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join us. The job would entail overseeing production coordination, inventory planning and product development. Key Responsibilities • Monitor stock levels, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods. • Maintain detailed reports on production status and inventory flow. • Communicate with vendors, printers, dyers, and tailors to ensure production timelines are met. • Track fabric, trims, and accessory procurement. • Conduct quality checks during various stages of production. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturing partners. • Coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatches and replenishments. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (Preference in - Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Merchandising, or related field.) • Excellent communication and vendor-management skills. • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for production tracking. • Detail-oriented, organised, and good at multitasking.
