Write clear requirements and user stories for identity capabilities - authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless), authorization (RBAC/ABAC, delegated access), and the user lifecycle (registration, provisioning/SCIM, recovery, deprovisioning). Work with Engineering and Architecture on identity protocol decisions and implementation (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM). Contribute to build-vs-buy and platform evaluations for identity providers, and help maintain the integration approach across Zinnia products.
