Managing Principal – Banking Transformation & Team Leadership (Chennai) Role Overview As a Managing Principal at Capco, you will be a senior leader responsible for driving client growth, leading complex transformation programmes, and shaping strategic direction across Tier 1 banking clients. This role will play a critical leadership role in expanding Capco's footprint in India, working closely with APAC leadership to deliver large-scale banking transformation programmes and build sustainable, high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Growth Build and manage C-level relationships across banking clients (WRB, Corporate, Operations, Technology).
