They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success. As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network of over 1,250,000 Guidepoint Advisors, determining which ones are best suited to speak with the client. Position Overview: As an Associate Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be one of the key people helping our employees get the most out of their technology. You’ll provide friendly, reliable technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and make sure problems are resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible. You’ll manage incidents from start to finish, keeping users informed along the way and making sure more complex issues are escalated to the right teams when needed.
