Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment. Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
