What this job involves: As an Operating/Building Engineer with a primary focus on HVAC and mechanical systems, you'll play a critical role in keeping our industrial manufacturing facility's environmental control and building systems running at peak performance during overnight hours. This position centers on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment and facility systems that support production operations, including large-capacity chillers, boilers, process cooling systems, air handlers, exhaust ventilation, compressed air systems, and related Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Life Safety systems. You'll manage complex HVAC and industrial utility systems that directly impact production continuity, diagnose and resolve system issues as they arise, and ensure optimal environmental conditions while manufacturing operations continue seamlessly.
