The Business Marketing team contributes to our broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence by developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform amongst core business audiences. The Strategy & Operations function supports Business Marketing with operating models and cadences; strategic planning; portfolio, resource, and investment management; measurement and organizational learning that empower our teams to move at pace with clarity and confidence. This is a hybrid role, based in San Francisco Bay Area (preferred) or New York City three days a week. About the Role Business Marketing moves quickly, and this role sits close to the work. We’re looking for an analytical, highly collaborative Business Operations Manager who can turn a complex marketing budget into better day-to-day decisions. You will partner with marketing leaders, Strategic Finance, Procurement, Data Science, agencies, and regional teams to plan and pace spend, manage commitments, answer urgent questions, and translate investment data into clear actions. This role is not for someone who prefers back-office operations. You will be embedded in the business, understand what teams are trying to achieve, and help them move faster with confidence.
