The Role Main Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements for holding companies in accordance with Local GAAP and IFRS Manage timely group reporting submissions and intercompany reconciliations Coordinate the preparation of annual accounts for all relevant holding entities (e.g. Lux GAAP, IFRS etc.) Ensure alignment between local books and consolidated group reporting Act as the key finance point of contact for legal entity management, restructuring, incorporations, and dissolut
