Here’s a summary of the role: Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to join our growing Professional Services team, driving successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value for our customers. In this role, you will lead customer adoption and implementation projects for Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, with a strong focus on driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and executing implementations in line with Diligent’s established Services Strategy methodology. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Leading multiple end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions for clients, from project kick-off through to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Proactively manage portfolio operations, accurate time and scope capture within project, project financials, team utilization, and time management.
