Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation expertise.
- Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years dental provider relations experience.
- DSO experience a plus.
- DHMO product experience.
- Must be able to travel (up to 10%).
Education:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
