As a Fab Production engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will supervise, manage and lead a team of operators to meet production schedules, production standards, and operational costs to achieve production goals. You are responsible include :

Oversee the day-to-day performance of a work unit handling moderately complex tasks.
Collaborate closely with management, engineering teams, and Aptina personnel to align and achieve company goals.
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies (SIA scope).
Interface with design engineering teams to coordinate the release of new products.
Estimate manufacturing costs, define time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new and existing product lines.
Maintain records and reporting systems to ensure effective coordination of manufacturing operations.
