As Executive Assistant to the VP of Growth Marketing and the Director, B2B - Growth, Strategy, & Ops, you’ll provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Growth Marketing leadership team. You’ll manage complex calendars and inboxes, coordinate leadership meetings, track action items, organize team communications and events, and handle travel and expense approvals. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll help optimize time, streamline processes, and support operational planning across the organization. You’ll also collaborate with the CMO’s EA and cross-functional partners to drive alignment on key projects, milestones, and company events. This is a full time role based in our San Francisco Hub.
