We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is ready to lead, not just support. Someone who walks the floor with intention, understands the numbers as well as the energy in the room, and is actively building toward running a venue of their own. This role is not a steppingstone you coast through. It is where you prove you are ready for the next level. If you want to become a General Manager by doing the work, this is where that happens. THE ROLE The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the entire venue of operation. This role oversees department managers across all business functions, guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities, and events — ensuring every part of the operation runs at a high standard. The AGM owns day-to-day execution, holds leaders accountable, and steps in as the acting of GM when needed. This role operates with autonomy, sets the tone for the team, and is a key driver of venue performance. As a leader of a high-energy, guest-facing venue, this role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
