About the Role As the Country Manager and Director for Marketplace, you’ll own the Denmark marketplace P&L and play a central role in shaping our next phase of growth. Denmark is a mature and highly successful Wolt market, with strong fundamentals and significant opportunity ahead. With competition increasing and consumer behaviour evolving, our next focus is on unlocking new sources of growth, while continuing to strengthen marketplace performance and our position in the market. You’ll set the marketplace strategy, and sit at the intersection of operations, product, marketing and customer experience — making the trade-offs that determine how well the marketplace performs today and how strong it will be tomorrow. Working closely with other senior leaders across Wolt, you’ll identify where to invest, where to change course and where the next wave of growth can come from. You’ll also play a key role in expanding Wolt into new occasions and geographies, strengthening selection and building a marketplace that continues to deliver value for our customers, merchants and couriers.
