The opportunity: This is a pivotal opportunity to architect and scale the HR function across Flexport's growing fulfillment network. You will partner directly with Operations leadership, driving the strategic transition from a contingent to a full-time workforce. This involves building comprehensive HR capabilities from the ground up in states like New Jersey, Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, and California. The opportunity: We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in end to end supply chain solutions to build and maintain a healthy book of business. You'll be part of a high-performing team where you’ll focus on building up Flexport’s brand while solving customer problems with tech-enabled supply chain and fulfillment solutions. The GTM Operations Associate - Channels & Alliances will join a global team driving Datadog's next phase of growth. We are interdisciplinary thinkers with diverse backgrounds across consulting, finance, strategy, operations, and technology. Our team partners directly with GTM leaders to improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and scale the processes and systems that enable continued growth. In this role, you will serve as an operational partner to Datadog's Channels & Alliances organization. You will execute critical business operations, support reporting and business systems, and help scale operational processes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our C&A teams have the tools, data, and operational support they need to be successful. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and a passion for improving how teams operate.
