We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is ready to lead, not just support. THE ROLE The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the entire venue of operation. This role oversees department managers across all business functions, guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities, and events — ensuring every part of the operation runs at a high standard. The AGM owns day-to-day execution, holds leaders accountable, and steps in as the acting of GM when needed. This role operates with autonomy, sets the tone for the team, and is a key driver of venue performance. As a leader of a high-energy, guest-facing venue, this role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings. Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls. Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. You’ll complete maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, respond to maintenance calls, and help keep every part of the venue operating at its best — all while upholding safety standards and engaging with guests and teammates in a way that reflects Topgolf’s values. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue. Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
