THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a GTM Program Manager in our New Markets area in Brazil ! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. In this role, you will sit at the strategic intersection of Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams. As an operational amplifier for our commercial organization, you will design, build, and optimize AI-powered automations, automated workflows, and data pipelines that power our outbound go-to-market motions and help Wellhub scale globally. YOUR IMPACT Automate GTM Infrastructure: Design and deploy AI-powered data enrichment systems and workflows (using tools like Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforce, and Salesloft) to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects and deliver high-intent leads directly to sales teams. Drive Commercial Personalization: Build workflows that automate highly personalized messaging and deliver actionable account intelligence to SDRs and Closers to increase conversion rates. About the role Our Sales team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. This role is a mixture of technical understanding, vision, partnership, and value-driven strategy. You’ll be a key driver of opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure. You’ll work with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI. This role is based in our São Paulo, Brazil office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. To succeed in this position you must be fully bilingual—fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
