Job Overview The Head of Workplace and Employee Experience is responsible for creating an engaging, effective and inspiring workplace experience for our employees in Vilnius. The role combines workplace strategy, employee experience, culture and cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders and key corporate functions to ensure our people and workplace environment support the company's goals.
