You will be responsible for executing on workflows as well as streamlining strategic processes and operational functions of the Legal team. You will also work closely with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics. You will partner your colleagues across Legal to understand the needs and develop and execute solutions that scale alongside the business. Overview: Guidepoint’s Human Resources (HR) team drives Guidepoint’s culture and company values of intellectual curiosity, tenacity, integrity, resourcefulness, responsibility, and service. We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our dynamic HR team. The HR Operations Specialist will own the onboarding process for new employees and will provide general HR support. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid and requires on-site office attendance three times a week.
