Our People Operations team are strategic problem solvers who work closely with leadership and employees to ensure that Datadog keeps scaling smoothly and remains a great place to work. Datadog is seeking a HRIS Manager who will be responsible for managing and supporting projects within People Technology. This hands-on technical role demands excellent knowledge of HR business processes and methodologies along with a strong analytical and reporting background. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday and the ability to focus on one or more of the functional areas in People Operations.
