You’ll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to make people healthier, helping bring flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people’s front doors. Job highlights The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You’ll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people’s current treatment regimen. This is a full-time weekend evening position, 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes three weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday. The shift is 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Ideal candidates will hold a current, unrestricted license in CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV. If hired, candidates must be willing and able to obtain additional licensure as needed. The Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Dedicated virtual care providers must meet minimum requirements for remote care delivery, including: broadband connectivity, a quiet setting with a neutral background to conduct visits from, and the ability to uphold patient privacy per CVSH guidelines. Ability to hardwire into connection preferred. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to interact with customers in a remote manner, site, write, operate the computer and phone, speak intelligibly, and hear patient responses.
