  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, quantify improvement opportunities, and support decision making.

  • Partner with Manufacturing and Quality teams to implement and sustain Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Support inventory control, production record systems, and operational performance initiatives through data analysis and process improvement activities.

  • Assist with facility, equipment, and operational planning efforts that support manufacturing growth and efficiency objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing manufacturing processes, workflows, or production systems using data-driven problem-solving methods.

  • Experience leading or supporting process improvement, operational excellence, or productivity improvement initiatives.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing capacity modeling, production planning analysis, or resource utilization studies.

  • Experience conducting cycle time studies, work measurement, and work analysis evaluations.

  • Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), digital dashboards, or tier management systems.

  • Experience presenting data, recommendations, and project outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders.
