Shift 5: Shift 5: (days frontend) AM-PM Sun-Tues and alternating Wednesday days / Hours: 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Manufacturing Equipment Technicians in Advanced Packaging Technology Development: Substrate and Wafer Assembly are responsible for: Performing electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with non-functioning electromechanical equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or engineering drawings. Performing setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, with a focus on wet chemistry, plating, and dry high-vacuum toolsets. Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and findings in accordance with established procedures and systems. Collaborating with engineering, process, and support teams to improve tool performance, reduce equipment downtime, and enhance process capability and reliability. Leading or contributing to continuous improvement projects, including root cause analysis, yield and uptime improvement initiatives, and optimization of maintenance practices. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research, relevant previous job, and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with 2+ years of experience.
- Associate degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related discipline.
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 4+ years Field Service Engineer (2) level semiconductor maintenance experience
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 6+ years related hands on experience including military technical experience
- This position requires:
- Lift 25-pound parts 1-2 times per shift (on average)
- Climb and perform work on ladders 1-3 times per shift (on average)
- Standing and walking for up to 80% of the workday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation of electromechanical equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency with wet chemistry, plating, and/or dry high-vacuum equipment in a manufacturing or research environment.
- Experience using electrical/mechanical measuring devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
- Capability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with tools like torque wrenches and standard hand tools for equipment repair.
