Overview: Guidepoint’s Legal team plays an important and global role across all our offices. The team provides their expertise, advise, recommendation and support to multiple parts of the business to ensure a seamless and efficient process. We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to serve as the main point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding all contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel. What You'll Do: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations Responsible for managing Contracts Queue and coordination of all aspects of contract management Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions, status updates etc. Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contracts as needed Special projects on an as-needed basis What You Have: Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with contracts Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required Contract management experience, preferably in-house Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements Strong organizational and communications skills, ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, track and follow up on projects Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist

We're looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and governance of master data across our SAP ERP and PLM environments.
At the heart of product lifecycle and customer data management, you'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, reliable data supports operational excellence and informed decision-making across the business.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the governance and quality of our master data, ensuring it reflects the excellence we expect from our products and operations.
- Supporting new product introductions by ensuring product, material, BOM, routing, and costing data is set up correctly.
- Working with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Product Management to make sure data supports day-to-day operations.
- Collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders to maintain data standards and support evolving business needs.
- Investigating and resolving data issues and helping to improve data quality across the business with education and collaboration.
- Supporting system changes, data migrations, and integration activities between PLM and SAP.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve consistency, and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborating with all data owners across the business to ensure compliance with the new standards we expect for our systems and support.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or ERP data management, with a track record of supporting business-critical processes.
- Strong SAP expertise (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, and related manufacturing data.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment, with an understanding of how high-quality data underpins operational performance.
- Knowledge of PLM processes, product structures, engineering change management, and data governance principles.
- Experience of working with customer data ensuring the highest standards of data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of the organisation.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to challenge, improve processes, and drive high data standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant SAP, Master Data Management, or Data Governance certifications would be an advantage.
