Role background Our Merchant Services and Compliance Operations teams ensure Wolt meets regulatory requirements across all markets. As part of this, we’re strengthening our KYC/KYB processes to support scalable and compliant operations. As a Merchant Compliance Administrator, you’ll review merchant information and make sure everything is accurate, complete, and compliant. This role is Greek-speaking, based in Budapest, Hungary, and works closely with our in-market teams. We offer flexibility - the position is available full time, part-time (20 or 30 hours per week) and is also suitable for students, with a minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week. Merchant Operations owns the support experience for our restaurant, grocery and retail partners, covering everything from onboarding and menu management to the day-to-day operational issues that come up while they're trading.
