Senior Process Analysis Engineer As a Senior Process Analysis Engineer in Micron’s Automation Development group at Taiwan Taichung, you will play a critical role within the Process and Process Integration team to enhance inline defense line effectiveness, improve process control capability, and prevent yield-related excursions through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. You will take ownership of issue investigation, root cause analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) for critical materials and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily/regular PCS monitoring reports and review control chart abnormalities.
- Conduct basic initial analysis and organize abnormal findings.
- Send abnormal notifications and follow up with engineers on investigation results.
- Support basic system issue investigation during night shifts.
- Maintain PCS reports and related records.
- Assist the engineering team with routine PCS monitoring and follow-up activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including basic to intermediate English communication skills for technical documentation and routine business discussions.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, business processes, and AI-enabled workplace tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience with manufacturing monitoring, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
Shift Requirement
- Willing to work on Day/Night rotating shifts or permanent Night shift.
- 4-3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts).
- The rotation between Day and Night shifts will be approximately every 3–4 months, depending on operational requirements.
- Working hours: 07:30–19:30 (Day shift) / 19:30–07:30 (Night shift).
