Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 3+ years of experience, in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, process engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and manufacturing process optimization.
- 2+ years of experience working with high-volume semiconductor manufacturing equipment and related technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in photolithography processes, defect detection, and process monitoring within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to execute disciplined manufacturing processes and effectively troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience leading or participating in structured problem-solving efforts and driving innovative solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
