We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Mission The Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organization exists to equip every audience in our ecosystem — field sellers, technical specialists, and partners — with the clarity, content, and skills they need to execute with speed and consistency. But enablement doesn't stop at the field. The fastest path to consumption is a customer who knows exactly how to use what they've bought. That's where Customer Activation comes in. We're building a function that embeds education directly into the account motion — not as a post-sale afterthought, but as a deliberate strategy to accelerate time-to-value, reduce friction in expansion conversations, and protect consumption in accounts that matter most. The Customer Activation Partner for Japan & Korea will embed education into the account motion across a defined set of top accounts in both markets. This is not as a support function, but a deliberate strategy to accelerate adoption, reduce time-to-value, and surface the expansion signals that matter to the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working directly with account teams, customers, and regional delivery resources to build education plans that drive measurable consumption outcomes. And you'll serve as the primary voice connecting what's happening on the gro
