We are a lean, high-impact team, and we are growing. As the Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Plaid, you will sit at the intersection of recruiting coordination and operational program support. You will own white-glove scheduling for high-touch hiring pipelines, serve as the on-site RC presence in our San Francisco office, and act as a core member of the Recruiting Operations team -- contributing to the systems, tools, and processes that keep the function running.
