Position Summary $19.00 / hour 1st shift only: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM As an RX stocker, you will stock cases of pharmacy merchandise onto shelves for RX order selectors. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices. You may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse, as needed. Responsibilities: - Read merchandise orders from a RF unit which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed. - Select and prepare (cut box tops and/or plastic from inner packaging) needed cases of product and place in a designated location. - Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing stairs. - Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques. - Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise stocked. - Work efficiently and effectively on lines with 5 or more other employees. - Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards. - Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift. - Maintain regular and reliable attendance. - Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary. - Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.- Must be at least 18 years of age - Ability to read, write, and count accurately - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to

Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities: • Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. • Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. • Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. • Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner. • Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately. • Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory. • Filing inventory and SOX documentation. • Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership. This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day. Required Qualifications

Position Summary The Technician I is the initial point of contact for Prior Authorization requests from members, providers, and a diverse customer base. The Tech I will make the determination if a complex request should be transferred to a pharmacist for assistance. Additionally, the Tech I is responsible for maintaining complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials. In order to be successful in this role you will need proficiency pronouncing drug names and diagnosis and recognizing medical terminology. As well as navigating multiple software systems to document conversations and outcomes, which require keyboarding skills. This position requires schedule flexibility including rotations through nights, weekend and holiday coverage. Required Qualifications - 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment - Must be able to work from home - Have high speed internet Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare industry. - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
