In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of C#-based automation frameworks using Playwright and Reqnroll/SpecFlow to support testing across web, API, and database layers. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective test automation and quality assurance practices. As our QA Analyst, you will be required to: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Playwright. Create and maintain BDD scenarios using Reqnroll (SpecFlow) aligned with business requirements. Contribute to the enhancement of automation frameworks and reusable test components. Develop and execute automated tests for UI, API, backend services, workflows, and data validations. Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, API, and end-to-end testing. Validate backend workflows and perform SQL queries for data verification. Identify, document, and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis activities. Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to established quality standards. Support the integration and execution of automation suites within CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. Use Git for source code management and collaboration. Participate in automation code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. General Summary: The Services Portfolio Owner will have a technical focus and work with product managers, internal stakeholders, 3rd-party partners, and customers to gain a thorough understanding of their product and market needs, translating them into feature stories and tasks for development. You will be responsible for turning the product vision into an actionable backlog and advocating the customers’ needs to the development team. The Services Portfolio Owner is responsible for the development backlog, grooming, and acceptance. This individual will execute converting the product vision and roadmap into workable product requirements for engineering to meet product roadmap expectations defined by the Portfolio Manager. This role will report to the Manager, Services Portfolio and will regularly engage with cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in agile scrum and comfortable working in all aspects of a multifaceted delivery network. You will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and detail-oriented, and be a good team player. Project Coordinator, Technology Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Technology Operations team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating planned projects, managing ad hoc tasks, and eventually taking ownership of projects under the guidance of our experienced team members. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with Tech teams to coordinate planned projects. Follow up with team members on project deliverables and timelines. Schedule meetings, collect updates, and track progress towards project completion. Handle ad hoc project tasks, including logistical support and basic research. Gather performance metrics. Enter requisitions and new vendors into Oracle for procurement purposes. Conduct research and legwork for vendor management to support decision-making. Assist in documentation tasks such as formatting PowerPoint decks, meeting notes, and updating the Confluence wiki. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a software company or technology-related environment. Able to work in the Hyderabad office 3 days a week. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with Claude Code/Cowork or other Agentic AI tools is a plus.
