A Day in the Life
We are looking for a Production Planner that combines analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving, communication and proactive leadership to ensure the right product is made at the right time with the right resources.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Plans, prepares, issues, and controls production schedules and directs material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of raw and approved finished goods materials timed to meet production requirements.
- Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, inventory levels, and potential production or material supply disruptions to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided on-time and at an optimal cost.
- Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
- Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, demand planning, etc.; schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

The Senior RMA Customer Experience Manager will work with the key customer account team leads to ensure customers have timely case updates. The position has to decide on fulfilment priority based on Service Level Agreements and track regional buffer stock. The manager needs to work with account leads to track the impact of open RMAs on customer datacenter capacity, so as to make allocation decisions. What you’ll be doing: Customer Satisfaction: Manage RMA cases and lead all aspects of replacement part fulfillment to clear the open RMA backlog per Service Level Agreements.
