Dans le cadre de notre développement et de la création de notre nouvelle Golf Club Manufacture sur notre site de Montataire, nous recherchons des talents prêts à s’engager dans un projet inédit en Europe. Vos missions seront les suivantes, sous la responsabilité du Head of Operations du site :

Pre-Opening :

 

  • Participer au parcours d’intégration et d’acquisition des connaissances nécessaires à la prise de fonction sur nos sites opérationnels de production existants situés aux  États-Unis et au Royaume-Uni afin de s’approprier les standards, les processus et les meilleures pratiques du Groupe.
  • Participer à l’installation, à la mise en service et à l’appropriation des équipements industriels en collaboration avec les ingénieurs du Groupe et les experts techniques internationaux.
  • Se former aux procédés spécifiques de fabrication des clubs de golf afin de maîtriser l’ensemble de la chaîne de production et les exigences qualité associées.
  • Préparer, structurer et fiabiliser les données de référence (« Master Data ») nécessaires au lancement de l’activité industrielle.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place et au déploiement des systèmes informatiques de production
  • Organiser et piloter les phases de tests et de validation des équipements, des processus et des systèmes avant le démarrage opérationnel.
  • Développer une expertise approfondie des outils de gestion et de pilotage de la production, notamment SCALA, MES et Ignition.
  • Piloter le recrutement, l’intégration et la montée en compétences des équipes opérationnelles nécessaires au démarrage du site.
  • Contribuer à la définition de l’organisation de la production, des standards de travail, des procédures opérationnelles et des indicateurs de performance avant l’ouverture du site.


Post-Opening :

  • Assurer le pilotage opérationnel de la production en optimisant les ressources, en suivant les indicateurs de performance et en garantissant le respect des objectifs de qualité, de coûts et de délais.
  • Garantir la conformité des opérations aux procédures, aux exigences réglementaires et aux standards du Groupe, tout en développant une culture forte de santé, sécurité et prévention des risques
  • Manager et développer les équipes de production en assurant le recrutement, la montée en compétences et l’adaptation des ressources aux besoins de l’activité afin de garantir la performance opérationnelle.
  • Assurer une communication efficace avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et internationales (Supply Chain, Qualité, Logistique, Service Client, Maintenance, RH, etc.) afin de garantir la fluidité des opérations et la résolution des problématiques.
  • Piloter l’amélioration continue et la performance économique du département en optimisant la productivité, la qualité, les coûts et le niveau de service, tout en assurant la maîtrise du budget et des centres de coûts.

Profil recherché :

 

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur (Bac+5) ou Master en Génie Industriel, Génie Mécanique, Génie des Procédés, Génie de Production ou dans toute autre discipline en lien avec l’environnement industriel et les activités de l’entreprise.
  • Une spécialisation en gestion de la production industrielle, amélioration des procédés ou management des opérations constitue un atout.
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en management d’équipes de production dans un environnement industriel orienté performance et service client.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de production, Lean Management, amélioration continue et HSE (Santé, Sécurité, Environnement).
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, des systèmes ERP (idéalement SAP) et des outils de reporting.
  • Une expérience dans la fabrication de produits à fortes exigences qualité, idéalement dans l’industrie des biens de grande consommation, est appréciée.
  • Une expérience dans l’assemblage ou la fabrication de clubs de golf constitue un atout.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais et de français.
  • Leadership reconnu, excellentes capacités d’organisation, d’adaptation, de prise de décision et de résolution de problèmes, avec une forte orientation résultats.
  • Être en mesure de voyager à l’international, notamment durant la période d’intégration
