Qualification

Minimum of two years of experience working in retail or sales, with prior leadership experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop front-line team members based on observed performance and operational expectations. Proficiency in retail operation systems including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA, or the ability to learn these systems quickly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships, work effectively across all levels of management, and lead a part-time team with confidence. Ability to anticipate problems, act decisively under pressure, and maintain operational standards during high-volume game day and event scenarios. Fun, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional fan experiences. Ability to regularly sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility; must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Must be comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions when assigned to a venue-based location.
