Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental health & safety, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in occupational health & safety, ideally spanning multiple industries or a multi-site/multi-country environment. Working knowledge of international OHS standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001) and hazard/risk assessment methodologies. Demonstrated ability to adapt safety practices across diverse industries and work settings, rather than a single-sector specialization. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail in maintaining thorough policies, plans, and procedures. Leadership presence and capability to direct teams under pressure during an H&S incident.
