Job Details: Job Description: As a Material Analysis (MA) Technician, you will be part of a Technology Development (TD) and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) lab responsible for performing material analysis and failure analysis in support of Intel's silicon process development and high-volume production. You will work on developing imaging, composition analysis and sample preparation techniques, and best-known methods (BKMs) to improve lab analysis quality, efficiency and output. You will directly interface with TD and HVM fab customers and quality/reliability engineers to develop solutions to problems by utilizing lab capabilities. The scope may include wafer and unit level, front-end modules and back-end/far back-end modules. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: • Conducting hands-on analysis by effectively utilizing lab techniques, from sample prep micro-cleaver, ion mill etcher, mechanical polish to SEM/EDX, Dual beam FIB, TEM techniques to characterize Si fabricated structures at nanometer scales and integrated circuit device to improve process, performance and reliability; and to identify physical failure mode toward the root-cause identification. • Conducting hands-on data collection with various lab equipment’s, and assisting engineers to implement materials characterization techniques to determine fundamental thin film material structure/properties and to collaborate with process development engineers across functional areas and organizations to improve process performance and reliability. • Supporting and sustaining lab equipment. Ensuring that lab analytical capabilities needed to support advanced transistor and interconnect technology and/or product development are in place. Job description
Responsible for the sale of TaylorMade Golf products and services in the territory by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. Maintains personal one-on-one contact and assures customer awareness by providing expertise, knowledge, new product information and such consistent with company objectives and quality standards.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully sell and promote the company's products and services while maximizing the territory’s potential.
- Achieves both short and long-term objectives for increased sales volume and territory growth.
- Educate and inform customers and golf public about company products to assure growth, product/service development, quality control and profitability.
- Responsible for securing and renewing orders & merchandising our products @ account base within assigned territory to ensure best possible sell through.
- Maintain open communications between company and customers. Establish professional customer/vendor relationship with appropriate customer personnel.
- Acts within scope of corporate objectives and policies to accomplish assigned goals.
- Call on and provide service to Strategic Account doors within defined territory (i.e. merchandising, product/fitting training, relationship building, visit reports, etc.)
- Engage and support Experiential Fitting events and appointments with local on and off course retailers (green grass, strategic, and key accounts).
- Activate myFittingExp and other applications to communicate account information, strategic surveys, and sales data reports to TM.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong level of written and verbal communication skills. Use of professional language and good judgment when interacting with customers regarding comparison of various product brands
- Good overall knowledge of TaylorMade Golf products.
- High level of organization & time management skills.
- Strong technical skills (golf equipment, computers, etc.).
- Ability to effectively present information and ideas to varying levels in the organization and to groups of all sizes.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- 3+ years of golf-related outside sales experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar field required
- Experience with club fitting and golf hardgoods is preferred
- Must have passion for the game of golf and proficient playing ability
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Flexibility in days and hours available for scheduled work; including weekends.
- Extensive travel required (car/plane).
- Must hold valid driver’s license and be able to drive to various locations to perform sales work (50% traveling)
- MUST be able to live in the defined sales territory with ability to travel within territory lines
