Perform and document electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radio frequency (RF) testing on new and existing medical devices to demonstrate compliance with applicable domestic and international standards. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and verify EMC and RF laboratory equipment, including shielded rooms, EMC chambers, antennas, receivers, signal generators, amplifiers, and associated test instrumentation. Configure, build, modify, and verify product test setups and support equipment to meet EMC and RF testing requirements. Support the development, expansion, and continuous improvement of in-house EMC and RF testing capabilities to meet evolving technology and compliance requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop test strategies, execute compliance testing, and support product development activities. Investigate, troubleshoot, and document test failures, observations, and anomalies, communicating findings and recommendations to engineering and project teams. As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will assist in developing, analyzing, and implementing marketing plans for Surgical Technologies. You'll also market the organization's products and services using customer marketing databases and create direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers. You will collaborate with market research in developing response models and other database improvements and may conduct data mining analyses of customer data to develop marketing trends

- Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service
- Advocate on the customer's behalf and influence product or portfolio changes based on customer feedback
- Support in the construction of the marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborate in the development of key strategic initiatives

- Work proactively with market research to collect customer insights for segmentation
- Responsible for product or portfolio's targeting and positioning

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

- 2+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
