Τι θα κάνεις Ως Shift Lead/Assistant Store Manager, θα συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τον/την Store Manager για τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής και αποδοτικής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος. Συγκεκριμένα, θα: Υποστηρίζεις την επίτευξη των καθημερινών KPIs του καταστήματος Αναλαμβάνεις ενεργό ρόλο στη διαχείριση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας και λειτουργείς ως υπεύθυνος/η καταστήματος κατά την απουσία του/της Store Manager Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα στην επίλυση λειτουργικών ζητημάτων και στην αντιμετώπιση προκλήσεων της καθημερινότητας Παρακολουθείς τον φόρτο εργασίας, διασφαλίζοντας την αποτελεσματική κατανομή καθηκόντων και πόρων Παρέχεις και συλλέγεις feedback, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη και δέσμευση της ομάδας Συμμετέχεις ενεργά στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών και στην υλοποίηση νέων πρωτοβουλιών Ηγείσαι και υποστηρίζεις μια ομάδα περίπου 20 ατόμων, ενισχύοντας μια κουλτούρα συνεργασίας,

We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our Athens region dark stores. You’ll oversee operations, manage 2–4 Shift Leads, and ensure smooth daily processes including stock management, freshness, and order accuracy.
