Requirements
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in cost management, cost controls, quantity surveying, or business
analytics, particularly in Semiconductor / Cleanroom.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management.
• Experience with mega-capital project including construction and/or infrastructure procurement and/or
project controls.
• Understanding of various construction delivery models and contracting methods (GMP, lump sum, unit
price, time and materials, etc.).
• Strong proficiency with data management, data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint,
Tableau, SQL, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience with procurement systems: SAP, Scout, etc.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English and Mandarin fluency required; Japanese fluency is a plus

Senior Tooling Engineer About the Role The Senior Tooling Engineer is responsible for leading and optimizing tooling development from initial tooling design through mass production sustaining with ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers) and CMs (Contract Manufacturers).
