About the Role We are looking for a Financial Partnerships Manager to join our team to shape and build Ramp's international and cross border payment strategy. You will help Ramp expand and deepen our partnerships with banks, fintechs, & card networks to grow our global capabilities across all of our financial products including cards, payments, and treasury. You will play a critical role in i) expanding our customer base globally and ii) expanding our product set to existing customers by bringing them local financial services in new markets. We're looking for someone with international and/or cross-border payments experience who enjoys working at a fast pace, is excellent at building relationships, is detail-oriented when managing complex projects, and is skilled at getting cross-functional teams to work toward a unified and measurable goal. When a finance org needs Ramp to work the way their business actually runs, this is the team that takes customers through that transformation, from complex accounting issues to integration errors to everything in between. About the Role Ramp's Sales Development organization is the engine of the company's top-of-funnel growth — one of the highest-output SDR teams in the industry, and a function that is expanding rapidly. With large cohorts of new reps joining every quarter and the entire organization now being asked to pitch a multi-product suite across procurement, AP, treasury, and expense personas, the way Ramp enables its SDRs has to change. Until now, enablement has been manager-led, ad hoc, and reactive. That model worked when the product was simpler and the team was smaller.
