The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product areas and work closely with Product and Engineering to define and design new experiences from concept through launch and iteration. This role is for a senior individual contributor who is comfortable operating with meaningful ambiguity, rapidly evolving technologies, and a fast-moving product environment. This role reports to the Head of Design. You'll be designing for the AI agents that handle customer calls and voicemails, and shaping the service and sales workflows dealerships rely on every day. Design itself is changing alongside AI. We're looking for someone who's excited by that without losing sight of the fundamentals: strong product judgment, customer empathy, design craft, and a willingness to question assumptions.
