This includes defining and driving core HR business programs, capturing comprehensive employment data, providing resources that detail HR practices and resolving employees' specific HR questions as they arise. As a Business Operations (BizOps) Associate, you will be the ultimate data expert and thrive on solving analytical problems, driving operational insights, and communicating solutions directly to the senior team. You'll help define and drive strategic, operational and organizational optimizations across the company. The BizOps team works on important operational projects including user growth, user engagement and monetization, strategic partnerships, and the Roblox developer community. The team will work with a broad array of departments including Product, Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, People, FP&A and Developer Relations. Experience in an analytical role (i.e., investment banking, management consulting, corporate development) and an understanding of finance and the public markets is preferred. A willingness to be mentored and learn aspects of the business will be essential for success in the role, as will be the ability to exhibit autonomy in your analysis and mastery of the material.
