About the Team The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant CRM communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. About the Role As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing, and launching CRM and Lifecycle Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This is a hands-on CRM execution and QA role — not a brand, content, social media, performance-marketing, or campaign-strategy position. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft.
