About the Role The Strategy & Operations team supports strategic planning, business reporting, and executive-defined priority initiatives across a variety of business units at Twitch. As a member of the team, you will focus specifically on growth in our Ads business by delivering new strategic insights, recommendations, and ongoing operational support in partnership with our Twitch Ads Product and Amazon Ad Sales teams. You will report to our Director of Strategy & Operations. You can work from San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. About the Role The Mobile Core team develops frameworks and tools that empower engineering teams across Twitch to build compelling mobile experiences. In this role, you will directly contribute to creating and refining core features, such as Video Playback, while architecting strategic solutions for internal developers. Twitch is evolving its mobile strategy from native-first to a hybrid approach that leverages React in WebViews alongside native iOS capabilities. You'll work on high-impact initiatives including our hybrid web-to-mobile platform, performance optimization at scale, automated testing infrastructure, and developer tooling that accelerates velocity across the organization.
