The Role: We're seeking commercially sharp Solutions Consultants to be trusted advisors to our customers, optimizing how Synthesia's platform best fits within their business environments and unlocking value across multiple workflows. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be the strategic advisor who helps customers see where Synthesia creates the most impact across their organization. You'll run in-depth discovery and facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover priorities and opportunities; design how Synthesia optimally solves their most pressing challenges; lead enablement that drives real behavior change and adoption; and own the path from deal close to first successful workflow and beyond.
