Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs) for the billing team and monitor progress. Standardize training materials and ensure the team is cross-trained on various OTC workflows and customer portfolios. Order-to-Cash Billing Operations Oversee the end-to-end billing workflow, ensuring sales orders, contracts, and shipping/delivery data are accurately converted into customer invoices. Review and approve high-value invoices, credit/debit memos, manual adjustments, and cancellations. Ensure tight integration and communication between the billing team, Order Management (Customer Service), Credit/Collections, and Cash Application.
