Business Planner - Print Customer Services and Solutions Description - As the lead Business Planner, you will partner across the Print Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization, to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and execution. You will lead the organization's business management rhythm, ensuring effective coordination of priorities, planning processes, and leadership operating cadences. Leveraging strong financial acumen, you will oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance management, providing insights and recommendations that support informed business decisions. Through exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, you will enable the VP and leadership team to effectively represent the organization's priorities, progress, and results across executive and cross-functional forums. Role Summary We are seeking a Partnerships Operations Lead to build and run the operating foundation for OpenAI for Government’s Partnerships team. This person will serve as the operational connective tissue across the partner team, working closely with Account Directors, Solutions Architects, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional stakeholders to move opportunities from initial engagement through agreement and execution. They will help ensure a smooth handoff to Technical Success across accounts by establishing clear readiness criteria, capturing the right commercial and customer context, and aligning teams on partner roles, commitments, dependencies, and success outcomes. The ideal candidate is a true utility player who combines the relationship instincts of a growth oriented builder with the rigor of an exceptional business operator. They thrive in ambiguity, create processes that do not yet exist, and move fluidly between deal execution, workflow design, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. About the Role As U.S. External Affairs Associate, you will work with the team leads to help advance OpenAI's engagement with civil rights organizations, civil society groups, researchers, community-based organizations, and other external stakeholders shaping the AI policy debate in the United States. This role is central to the team's partnership and outreach operating model. You will help identify priority stakeholders, design engagement strategies, and build the external relationships and feedback loops. The work is not about one-way education; it is about co-design, listening, product and policy learning, and creating concrete proof points that can strengthen public trust.
