The Global Payroll team is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and systems-savvy Senior Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across multiple countries, while leading a regional payroll team, managing external vendor relationships, strengthening controls, and driving process standardization. The Senior Manager, EMEA Payroll will partner closely with People, Benefits, Equity, Finance, Accounting, HRIS, Legal, and external payroll providers to support a high-quality employee experience and scalable payroll operations. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, including but not limited to Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including base pay, variable compensation, equity compensation, statutory benefits, supplemental benefits, payroll taxes, deductions, and related payments Manage, mentor, and develop a regional payroll team, including oversight of workload, performance, priorities, and development needs Serve as the regional payroll subject matter expert and primary escalation point for payroll-related matters across EMEA Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, HRIS partners, benefits providers, stock administration, Finance, Accounting, People teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, issue resolution, and escalation management to ensure payroll obligations are met Ensure payroll processes are compliant with local payroll tax, employment tax, statutory reporting, withholding, benefits, and employment regulations in each country of operation Maintain a strong understanding of in-region benefits legislation and the payroll implicatio

Work Flexibility: Hybrid Main Responsibilities: Conducts HR investigations for a high-volume portfolio of cases across multiple countries and divisions. Including intake processes, investigation planning and interviews, recommendation and determination, and reporting/insights analysis. Communicates and updates status of investigations to relevant managers and HRBPs. Makes recommendations to HRBPs and leadership regarding investigations and employee relations issues. Provides additional support on high level, complex cases as needed. Analyzes HR investigations, employee relations and other data trends to address and mitigate risk and support and drive our culture of integrity. Partners with HR and managers to drive necessary improvements. Responds to alleged violation of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct through the initiation of appropriate investigation procedures in partnership with Legal, Compliance and local HR teams. Provides counsel and advice to managers and HRBPs regarding employee relations issues, submits recommendations on addressing employee relations matters and assists with taking steps in response Develops and delivers training to managers, employees and HRBPs. Supports in defining the standards and processes related to employee relations across EMEA/EEMEA. Provides coaching to HRBPs on employee relations matters in addition to work environment matters Coordinates with compliance and legal regarding employee discipline for compliance investigations that are not work environment matters.
